I just wanted to know what are your opinions on this company. I like the design of their knives, but i'm worried that they are all bark with no bite. But some of their knives have really caught my eye latley. To be more specific the Mini Vanquish, the S2, 3000 Lightweight, the Nano, the Kwaiken, and the Albatros. So what is your opinion?

Own several Boker Plus knives, and have been impressed with their quality.

I've also wondered the same thing. The Albatros is something I've wanted for a long time, but don't know about the quality, and wasn't about to gamble with +$100.00

I've had good luck with Boker Plus knives. You definitely get what you pay for.

The CLB knives like the Subcom, Trance, and M-Type are Boker Plus. They all seem fine.

Some nice knives in their Plus line, their 440C is decent as well.
I own the Plus XS and the 3000 Lightweight, they're good knives

IIRC, there are four major Boker lines.
  • Boker knives: made in Solingen, Germany
  • Boker Arbolito knives: Made in Argentina in Boker-owned facilities
  • Boker Plus knives: Boker designs made to Boker specs in Taiwan and China
  • Magnum knives: knives made in Taiwan and China, but not to Boker designs.

I have both Boker knives and Boker Plus knives and have found the fit and finish, as well as the steel, to be very good.

Someone bought me one of the Magnum knives a few years back, a BRKT knock-off in 440A. Put it in the bottom of my sock-drawer and tried to forget about it!

Any experience with their Cinch line?
