I have looked at the Boker lineup over the years and have seen a lot of models that were/are very nice and very intriquing. I bought one of the Brend models when they first came out and was generally pleased overall. My intrest begin taking me in a different direction, but even though I did not buy another Boker, I continued to look. There are several that I have looked at that I would like to try out, both in the Boker and BokerPlus lineups. One in particular is the Boker Titan Defender that I have probably talked about to the point you are tired of hearing about it! But again, it's quality just blew me away. I also have tried the Boker Plus Valkyrie, Rampage, and Wharcom, and I discovered that these were great quality pieces that were made in China, with the Wharcom being a Tawain product. Here again the overall quality, crisp lines, fit and finish were simply great, especially at the price. The Titan Defender is the first high dollar ( $400.00) Boker I tried and decided to try it based mostly on what TJT had to say about it, thanks Terry! This has whetted my appetite to try out some more of the more expensive Bokers, while continuing to buy the great values found in the Boker Plus lineup. I think my next Boker Soligen purchase will be the Applegate Folding Dagger, the new version introduced last year. After that it may be time to look at some fixed blades, hint, hint, the 5.5 Applegate Dagger!!! Anyway, just wanted to express my feelings about the great quality knives from Boker.
