Boker Quick Flip Neck Knife?

Just ran across this little beauty online and was wondering if anybody has one?
How does it work?
Heavy around the neck?
Is the blade strong in the lock position?
Steel seems to be better that average.

I had one, then gave it away as a contest prize at a different forum. Don't bother with it. It is too difficult to deploy the blade. It's just a gimmick.
