Hi all, I posted this in the Boker sub-forum but thought it may be seen by more people here. I just ordered the Wagner RBB 01BO048 and AK101 01KAL101 from yourcornerstore and had a few questions:
1. What is the difference between the AK101 model number 01BO101 and the 01KAL101? Both of these are listed at http://www.boker.de/us/index.php?c=74,9 . They look exactly the same on the BokerUSA website.
2. Haven't found very much info on the Wagner RBB but it looks interesting, how is the quality of this blade? Seen here http://www.boker.de/us/index.php?c=52,2,48&a=01BO048&p=&pp=0
3. Is the glass breaker on these knives sturdy, will they hold up?
4. How good is the heat treating on Boker's Taiwanese 440C?
