I have seen several videos and review postings on the Rhino saying that it comes with a Tec-Lock included. I received mine today, new from an online retailer. The Tec-Lock was not included.

I noticed on the Boker website it makes no mention of a Tec-Lock being included, just the lanyard and kydex sheath:

Are all Rhinos supposed to come with Tec-Locks in the box?

The stag handled version comes with a leather sheath! I don't recall anything else in the box.

Boker Rhino (Black G10 version) does not come with a tec-lock. Bummer, but oh well. Those things cost money too.

You need the small Tek-Loc, they can be had online for $8-$10 and are well worth. I use my Rhino for camping cutlery mostly, and have caused 4 people to purchase one as well. What do you think of it so far?

I don't think the small tec lock fits 2" belts, which all of mine are. I found a full size tec lock at a local store and it's a big bulky thing. It's making me consider alternatives, like a custom kydex or leather belt attachment for the kydex sheath.

So far I'm not a fan of the Rhino. To me, ease of deployment and sheathing is paramount in a fixed blade. The included sheath is poor. It's extremely tight and requires two hands with considerable force to get the Rhino out. I've cleaned the sheath several times but my Rhino is already covered in scratches. I've never used the knife, and have only removed it from the sheath about 20 times. I have no idea why it's gotten so scratched.

To make the knife usable I'm going to need a new sheath or at least have a belt attachment made for the current one, and try to loosen the current one some how. With the costs of this I could have likely gotten a more expensive knife with a better included sheath.
