Are you talking about the "Savannah Hunter" ? The one with the green micarta and red liners? I don't have one but its at the top of my to get list. That thing is beautiful!

Yes, did no know it was called the Hunter, but that is the knife I am talking about. I like it too!

A local store had mine on closeout sale - cheaper than the sale-priced Bark River 'Gameskeeper' was a few years earlier - also on 'sale', but via mail-order. I loved it in the catalogs - especially with it's long running typo '3/8"' thick blade - it's half of that. I like the Gameskeeper more...

Heck, it's a neat knife - really polished blade!
