That is the Rob Simonich designed Parasite.
Does it include the small blade in the handle?
The maker got stuck with them after the Camillus collapse (as well as a massive financial hit of all the knives they were not paid for). :jerkit:

I won a Camillus "Buckmasters" Parasite knife on eBay shortly after the demise of Camillus. It has a different blade style but shares a lot of traits with your knife. Mine is marked " Taiwan" and I think it is a very well made knife. I think I got it for around $30.00 which seemed like a good deal to me.
