I sent a stag congress (new) in to Boker service. One of the blades was closing right on top of another. To fix it would have meant sending it back to Germany for a re-work. Instead, they sent me back a different one that was even better (long shield versus circle shield). Its a nice surprise when companies take care of their customers. Thank you Boker.
