Boker Toplock question

I have a new Boker Toplock. I like the knife. It's solid, chunky, feels good in the hand. The blade isn't pretty, but it is sharp. The lockup feels very solid. For $40 I think it's a great deal. The only thing that annoys me is that it's a two-hand opener (although a one-hand closer). I'm spoiled by liner locks and frame locks.

I'm not interested in converting it to an automatic. I do wonder if it might be possible to convert it to a "gravity" or "flick" knife -- in other words, press the button to unlock the blade and open it with a flick of the wrist. However, right now there's way too much friction to allow that. If I just loosen the pivot screw, the blade just gets wobbly.

I imagine the answer would be some kind of superior bearing or washer around the blade pivot. Has anyone done this with this knife, or anything similar? Or does anyone have any bright ideas about how this could be done? I don't want to ruin the knife -- I like it just as it is. So, no risky procedures, please.

All ideas welcome. Thanks

With a press of the button and a flick of the wrist it is a one hand opener.
But if you were not aware there is a auto version of the "top lock" called the "speed lock". Some people will try and sell you convesion springs, but to use them you will need to first drill a hole in the blade (or you can actually buy blades with the hole pre-drilled) and next (and most difficult) machine out a recess in one side of the handle to accepts the spring. None of it without risk.
Take a look here http://www.knifeshop.com and go to the "automatic knife" section and look at the "speed locks" and at "boker blades".

The top lock was actually made as an auto (named speed lock), but here they are sold as a "two hander". If you get on most any of the German, or European knife sites you will see that they are autos.
