Boker Trance- Sticky lock... Problem?

Just got one today, and within an hour or so of flipping it, the lock started to stick. It also developed some very small gauges where the lock bar meets the tang. I've never seen that on a frame lock before, is this normal for the Trance? If so I won't bother returning it. The lock up also seems to have already moved from 50% to about 65% or so...

Never had any problems like this with mine.

On some of my frame and liner lock knives, the lockup seems to wear really quickly at first. However after the initial wear, the lockup stays in the same place for a very long time.

If it still continues to move over, I'd say send it back in. 50%-70% is fine with me but if its above 70% for a brand new knife, I'd be a little worried.
