Boker Tree Brand broken case and blade

I was given several older knives the other day. They all seem to be a little worse for wear but the Boker seems to be the worst. It has a busted back cover and a broken blade. And apparently someone took a grinder to it.... Is this knife repairable? Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If Böker still makes the knife, they may be able to replace the blades. Giving them a call or email couldn't hurt. Make sure to include photos if you email them.
