Boker Tree Brand Knife question

I picked up a Boker knife at a small shop and I've carried it for a couple of years (3 inch folding knife).
The blade is now loose, and I can't figure out how to tighten it up. I took off the covers where I assumed a screw would be, but one side looks like a female end, and the other is a flat brass (?) head. No way to get anything tool-wise on it to tighten. It's been a good knife and I would hate to have to buy another pocket knife.
Any thoughts here? I tried searching but kept getting a "page not found" error.

By the way, the shank is stamped Boker Arbouto, Argentina Stainless steel if that helps.

What is the model number of the knife?
If you provide that, I can probably help you better.

There is no model number listed on the knife. The handle is a synthetic, plastic like material
