I was just curious your thoughts on the Boker Tree Brand Trappers
(Solingen made). Who has them? Pics would be appreciated.

I like mine. I've used it for a year or two now, mostly around the house using one as a dirty blade and one as a clean/food blade. The spring is on the stiff side and it lacks a half-stop, a plus for me. Price is fair as well.

Cocobolo from collectorknives.

I have nothing to say but good things about
Boker in general, having used and owned a number of them for years.--KV

Can't say anything about the Trapper as I don't have one. But I have a Solingen made Boker Beer Barrel Copperhead and it's phenomenal. One of my favorite knives.

I own a few. I collect both Case and Boker Trapper and Large Stockman. No pics due to "low man on totem pole" status. Myself, having German in my blood line, gravitate toward the Boker brand. I find the Tree brand to be a little less expensive than Case.

I recommend imgur, makes posting images to the forums really easy and it's still free.

Check out this thread. Lots of Boker knives here.

They're great knives. You can see some of my write ups of them if you search The Traditional Forum. Here's a picture of three of the Boker Trappers I have.

Here's another thread on Boker Knives although not limited to trappers.

Here's my write up on my latest Boker Trapper that I got just this week.

This Boker 2525 Trapper with Smooth Brown Bone covers and 1095 blade steel arrived yesterday from @knifeswapper at Collector Knives. The fit and finish is excellent with no gaps, chips or cracks visible to the naked eye. The action on these knives is sooooooooo smooooooooooth with no tiny flat spots on the tang to cause felt bumps when opening these knives. This particular knife was extremely sharp out of the box - in the top five (5) for sharpest knife out of the box that I've ever bought. This knife was made solely in Soligen, Germany

Have one in cocobolo and love it! It’s well made the backspring fit is pretty much perfect. Pivots have always been nice and tight with zero play on the 6 Tree Brand knives I’ve had. Pulls and snaps are nice.
Planning on geeting another in rosewood and maybe a Stockman in rosewood or walnut can’t decide.
