Congratulations pertinux!

Ends 13 june, noon est!

The end of one, signals the start of another. I feel it's time to give back to the subforum I have come to cherish so much. I spend some time each day reading the posts here and have been the recipient of this forums generosity in the form of knowledge and stories, as well as winning a giveaway myself. When I got married I gifted each of my groomsmen a Boker Tree-Brand Whittler. I ended up with two extras, one I've kept and used for myself. Another, the knife I want to gift to someone on this subforum.
It's been used a tiny bit, but it's eager to go to another traditianal enthusiast.

Just post "i'm in" and optionally a picture of your favorite traditional knife. This is open to all the traditional regulars and will run for about a week. I'll use a random number generator to pick the winner.

Wow, what a great knife, that's very generous of you Tyler. I like the look of the Whittler pattern, but don't actually own one, (I did give one away in a previous giveaway), so please count me in. Thanks and good luck everyone.

Jack

Here's my Bladeforums 2011 knife :)

Thanks Tyler. I've been wanting to get one of the beer barrel Bokers.

Chestnut bone peanut is my favorite.

Thanks for the chance - I´m in ... I´d like to get the chance because the Böker Tree Brand Knives are not available in Germany. Strange, isn´t it?!

Definitelly my all-time-fave

Thanks again for the chance :)

Not an entry thank you as I have a couple of these knives.

They're a great pattern with nice carbon blades&fit, somebody will enjoy this one, a lot!

Congratulations, Will

Not an entry as I already have a few whittlers, but awesome give away Tyler!
Really great groomsmen presents.
Love those beer barrel scales :)

Nice! Not an entry, but great give-away!
Here's my favorite knife, albeit a lousy photo. Lloyd toothpick I got from Duncan.
Next to it is another one that's near the top of the list, my Young Boiley.

Old, battered, super sharp and the one I love the most.

I'm in.

I would post a picture of my favorite knife, but I just sent it back today for warranty :(. I loved my Northwoods Forest Jack, hopefully I'll love the next one more.

I'm in!

Thanks for your generosity. I've been eyeing whittler patterns recently, but do not own any. I use my case medium Stockman for any whittling tasks now. I'll try to post a picture later.

I'm in!

I've been trying to whittle/carve a ball-in-cage, but don't have an actual whittler. I'll blame my difficulty on that!

My grandpa gave me my first knife, a Boker USA scout knife. I still have it, but no pics. It's not the pricey one with the corkscrew!

Thanks!

Just getting back into traditionals and this would be a good addition. Thanks for the opportunity!

I'm in! I've never had a whittler, and I would love to try one out.

Currently my favorite traditional folder is the Tidioute #15 TC Barlow 2 blade with spear main...

But my new Linerlock SFO #85 in African Blackwood has been giving the #15 a run for it's money!..
