...and JarrodS here at the site is my hero.

I have another post regarding the loss of the Tree Brand medallion/shield off of my Trapperliner.
Jarrod pointed me to Boker and the customer rep there (Jann) sent me a shiny new medallion. And quick.
Now THAT'S what I call service.

Kudos to Boker. Hope everyone has as fine customer support as I did.

Had a great experience with Boker warranty. Sent in two knives a fixed blade that the glue wore out on the handles (brand new blade) and a Chad Banos folder with a bad frame lock. Boker sent me back two brand new knives but newer versions, really nice, thanks again.
