Bought a new Boker (Anso) Whale and upon arrival it had a terribly sticky lock and a grinding sound on open/close. Had an option to return it to the seller but decided to email Boker. Had gotten a response and sent it in for a warranty repair, at which point Boker sent me a replacement. Problem is, replacement Whale has equally sticky lock and noisy open/close mechanism.
Is this just my luck, or did Boker have a bad run of Whales and others have experienced the same issues before? I really like the knife and the way it sits in my hand, but I don't want to send it out and wait another 3 weeks only to get another lemon.
