I'm in the mood for a traditional slippy yet I want one in stainless. Seems they're hard to find but I found that Boker offers some in 440c and even some in 154cm. How's the quality on these compared to a Queen or GEC? Also, if there are any other good stainless slippies let me know. I only buy new knives so it would need to be in current production.
