Any thoughts? Comparisons to Spyderco or Cold Steel? Worth the money? I'm not real familiar with Boker, so your thoughts are appreciated. Looks like a nice, compact utility blade. Is it big enough for most tasks?

Thanks,
Gator

I, myself have the only boker, Ceramic delta, but since I my friends like them, have ginven as gifts few of those. Quality products, but the blade steel is not the best as usual. Donno how they heat treat 440C to claim that it us superior to ATS-34, unless they mean that ATS-34 in poorly done

I was wondering myself, what that X15 is, does anyone have any info on this one?

In short I think both Spyderco & Cold Steel are much better in performance/price. However the loks, the design & overall quality of the boker products is very good.
Donno if CS's AUS8 will perform better than Boker's 440C (ironicaly both claim to be performing better than that ATS-34). Although I don't really like how the Spydercos look I think it's a better choice out of those 3.

If you do a search on X-15 steel in the forums you'll hear good things about it. As I recall it is toughened by the addition of nitrogen (one of the tricks in Busse's INFI steel). This knife sure interests me. The last time I looked for a knife with X-15 alloy it was over $100. It starts to tempt me to the Dark Side, buying a knife with a partial serration.
