Hello everyone!
I want to share with you one of my lastest knives.
This is some kind of bolo/chopper knife. It is forged of 9260 steel with brut de forge. This is an steel with high decarburazation ratio, so that's what you can see in the brut, similar to a sanmai blade. I decided etching the blade to reveal the sanmai effect and give it a more rustic look.
OAL: 14 1/2"
Max heel: 2 3/8"
Thickness: 9/32"
The handle scales are made of guayacán wood with brass pins and tube for a safety cord.
I hope you like it.
