Bombproof? ZT200 or ZT300?

I'm looking for a really tough knife that can take a little abuse (get dropped, get dirty, etc) and still open smoothly consistently and lock up tight without having to worry too much about my fingers in a stressful situation. Do either of these knives fit the bill? Which one is more resilient? Which one fits the hand better?

Intended use for me will be as a primary back-up to firearm and some light fieldcraft.

Any opinions or experiences would be much appreciated!

I have the 0200 and it is indeed bomb-proof, I love it for that. And even if the thick liner-lock did fail -- highly unlikely esp b/c the frame is not recessed so it's pretty hard to unlock even intentionally -- the flipper acts as a finger guard that would save your fingers from getting sliced in the event of an accidental closing. On the other hand, it's a pretty bulky & heavy knife, so you might also want to look at the Junkyard Dog 2; it is slimmer & significantly less expensive, while still providing excellent & sturdy quality, a thick liner lock, a flipper/guard, and a very secure handle shape.

The materials on the 0200 are much heartier than the JYD. I would have no trouble trusting my life to the 0200. 154CM steel, tungsten coating, thick G-10, very thick liner lock, etc...

The steel on the model 0200 is 154CM, i have one in my hand as i am typing this, while it's brother the model 0302 lies on the table.

The 0200 also has a substantially thicker handle while the handle as well as the blade of the 0300 are wider.

Overall, the 0200 holds the title for being such an unbelievable value for money, if you like the style and the size of the knife (which i do)
