bond arms

From the model number in the pics on their website, it's a customized Vantage Avid.

Here is a Buck 346 Vantage made for Bond Arms. This knife was rehomed to me from Matt here on the forum and I'm pleased to have it as it matches the grips on my derringer very well. My knife handle is Rosewood and is also available in black ash to match other Bond Arms grips. The model derringer shown here is called a SnakeSlayer IV in 45 Colt / 410.

Real beauty. On both counts. I've always wanted a Bond, mostly for novelty purposes. So it keeps getting pushed down the list.

I was not aware of the Buck knife made for this pairing. Two very good brands that compliment each other. Great pictures.

That's a great looking duo DSS!

Like bflying, I've been debating the same. The more I see and handle them, the harder it is for me to pass it up.

That is a very nice looking knife.

If they made the Vantage in a mid back lock, I would buy several.

You have never lived until you have shot a Derringer like this in 45-70! There are simply no words.

I hunt deer with a Marlin 1895G in 45-70. I can't imagine shooting a 45-70 Derringer... But I would, of course. My new deer gun this year is a Ruger Super Redhawk in .454 Casull. Zeroed at 50 yards, it only drops 6.5" at 100, with the hot stuff.
