Bone Collector 15020 issue

The title says it all. My axis lock on it feels really loose. It locks up fine, but the lock bar has a really bad rock. The photo is me moving the bar as much as I can, and I can literally rock it back and forth. I just need to know if I should send this in, or if this is a common axis oddity.

A bit odd, have one knife like that, should be fine.

For assurance give customer service a call and ask them to ship the knife in under possible manufacturer defect.

The issue is that I received the knife on trade. Do they still cover defects if you are not the original owner?

Yes. I've sent many knives up for service bought from the secondary market. Go to the link I'm providing and send it in with the knife. I noticed that on my new LE Grip. I checked a few other knives, and realized that others also do this, just not as bad.
