Looking at my new Amber Bone Case, I was wondering how they do jigging now. Some like GEC and customs could do it the old fashioned way, which I am speculating, done with a wood gouge type chisel. Case almost looks like its done with lasers or random machining. If anyone has any knowledge on the subject please share, and if you have specific patters of jigging authored to old and new manufacture please show some different samples like peachseed authored to Schrade

No lasers, and not random...Case uses what they've always used, a jigging machine using different bits that cut out pieces of bone; each bit is different, and each will jig out one of 20 specific Case, and Case Family Brands jigging patterns.

Jigging machine-GEC as well. By hand-there was a video posted here not long ago of Wilfred works, Dremel tool employed.
