Bones Jones or Ramage..... Go

Jones in the first.

edit- ok, I'm going to change it to Jones in the 3rd. Rampage only had to cut 6 lbs this time, and is in the best shape of his life. Even been training in the high altitude of Denver. I still think Jones wins though. His(Jones) only fault I see is he leaves himself open at times.

What you thinking about the fight man?
I just can't see Rampage taking the heat Jones brings, but he could always land a big shot.

And good to see you again Jeremy.

Jones !... Because he is young and hungry
And wants to keep the belt !... That and he
Trains here in albuquerque,nm at jackson
Mma ( which imo is one of the best mma
Camps in the us)... So im going for the
"hometown" boy !

I just don't think Rampage will have enough in the tank to get it done. I don't see him winning a decision because Bones is faster and a better wrestler. If he wins, he has to hit him with his heavy hands. I just don't think he has the hand speed to do it, and we all know Greg Jackson will have a good game plan that Jones will follow.

.

I'll take the "V" grind over the chisell!!! :D

I would have to pick Jones. If you asked me a years ago, I would have told you that Rampage could not be stopped. But he has been stopped several times. If you can out strike him and out quick him he can be beat. Jones is fast, nasty, and is more unconventional.

Rampage's last couple of outings have been less than impressive. Bones on the other hand has looked spectacular and hes a finisher.
He has the momentum, confidence, youthfulness and the belt. Rampage has his hands full.

havent side the 2 side by side
but seems rampage is much bigger
I think rampage will muscle him into the cage and pound him
tko for rampage in 3rd

Seems like it would be a rout for Jones, but I think Jackson may win. Maybe its more like I want to Jackson to win, but it's pretty common for someone in MMA to look great against weaker competition until they step up and then they suddenly the don't look so great. I think that is coming for Jones. If not with Rampage, then with Rashad or Machida.

The problem with this fight is I can't figure out how much of the Pride Rampage is left.

Silva has said in the past he and Jones would never fight because of there friendship. Of course big money could change that I'm sure.

Silva's natural weight class is where he is now. He doesn't have to cut weight when he fights at 205, so he gives up some weight on fight day when he moves up.
Jones is a big 205 and would have a strength advantage, but I still feel Silva would knock him out with his sick striking.

I would like to see GSP move up to fight Silva. Silva would make GSP look bad, so no way Dana will let that happen to his favorite money maker.

I acually think Silva, Jones could beat any heavyweight in the UFC. People though I was crazy when i told them I though Silva could beat Fedor. Then what happens 2 weeks ago...Dan Henderson knocked Fedor out in the second round. Silva has already submited Henderson in the second round.

I think Jones vs Silva would be the biggest UFC fight to date. If Dana will throw out the big bucks it could happen, and sure hope it does.
