What is your favorite boning knife? Is it stiff or flex blade? What do I look for in a good boning knife? thanks

Sounds very dangerous and potentially painful. Just ask John@bobbit.com

I made an extended version of my Small Game. I had several requests for paring knives so I made myself one also

It has turned out to be a very good boning knife. I helped process a small hog and a rather large Fl doe with it last month.
The D2 blade is stiff and holds an edge very well while working around the bones. I used Diamondwood for the handle because I wanted somthing that would stand up to kitchen use. If I make another, I will use Micarta for better grip.
Lorena Bobbit would have appreciated this knife
