This book has a large amount of photos. The quality of the pages and text can be inconsistent particularly when forms are introduced. I feel that the techniques shown in the book have a more pronounced karate influence as opposed to Modern Arnis.

The Police Technique section covered defenses against lunge punches, front and roundhouse kicks, stick grabs, and an attempted choke from behind.

The most helpful aspect of the book were the clearly marked sections and a target area schematic featured near the illustrations.

This book is available thru the web thru the various Presas Arnis sites and has been reprinted again.
