Books on 19th Century Knives

I am looking for books showcasing 19th Century makers such as Searles and Price. Anyone know of any currently available books?
Also, I saw a book once that I believe was named 'Knives of Old San Francisco'. Anyone familiar with this book? I did a search with no results. Thanks for any assistance.
