Boos Blades Customer Service contact?

Has anyone had any success contacting Boos Blades? Trying to get a replacement part from them. Emailed them a couple of times and so far no response.

June last year I emailed this email and got a reply back three days later (didn't check if there was a weekend in there, plenty fast either way):

I had asked for replacement screws and got sent a set of hardware for free. They just wanted my address for the package.

Well that's promising. I'll keep hoping I'll get a reply.

I actually received one reply back about two weeks ago then nothing.

Still nothing. They're probably the only knife company I've dealt with and has this bad customer support. Maybe Kubey falls into that category too. Anyone thinking about buying a Boos knife I'd suggest giving it a second thought.
