I always like to try and get a nice patina on my knives as a little rust preventative, however I prefer to do it naturally rather than forcing one by leaving them covered in mustard etc.
As we were having salad today I figured I'd try the Booshway out at food prep and start the patina process. I was quite suprised just how well this knife did, it really did feel quite at home when it came to slicing up the fruits and veggies !!!:thumbup:
