Is a knife a good anniversary gift?? I am looking to buy my husband a boot knife, any suggestions on what brand would be best? Is Zero Tollerance as great as I have read? I want a great quality knife, not something that uses its brand name to get sales.

Zero tolorence knives are of excellent quality I think he would love one!

Or you could try to have a boot knife custom made for around $250 depending on materials.

Ok I kinda jumped into It:

What will you he use it for? Dose he like big knives or small? Do you think he would want a pocket knife or a fixed blade? What price range?

If you do get one made there are a lot of very good custom makers on this site that would make one.

Honestly I have no idea what he would use it for. He has lots of pocket knives, and just said he would really like a boot knife so i figured id get him one for our anniversary. Personaly I'd like to get him one that is fixed blade. price range is flexible.. ..

I don't know if Mike Irie is still making them, but I remember seeing a really cool boot knife from him at one point.
Gene Ingram, Charles May, who else... I'm sure you'll get lots of suggestions.
Look in the Exchange section of this site, as well; there's a section for custom makers to sell their work.

No idea what he would do with a boot knife, but... look at the Zero Tolerance 0150.
