Boot Knife...?

So I bought my father a small Sebenza for Christmas last year and he was captivated by the quality, he asked me if Chris Reeve makes any "boot knives." I told him about the fixed blades and he is looking for something like my RAT Izula...I immediately want to get him a Nyala (he asked without actually "asking" :D)...here is my question: What is the profile of the Nyala? is it pretty thin? Where do yall recommend I get a sheath for a Nyala that can possibly be used as pocket/"boot" carry?

The Nyala would be fine for pocket or belt carry but I think the handle is a bit too big in diameter for a boot knife.

I would also like to recommend the Prof. Sol. The more I carry/use it the more I love it. Easy to carry yet large enough to handle most jobs.

professional soldier? with a leather sheath?

This is what I was thinking, the Nyala is a splenedid knife but would not be my first choice. The PS is thin light and useable so would be the better knife for boot carry.
