Boot Sheath

Maybe someone can help me with this. What I am looking for is a concealment sheath for a small fixed blade knife. It has to conform to the following:

1. Is made for outward attachment to a cloth type (Danner, SWAT, etc) military/Police boot.

2. Must be fastened to the boot itself without any type of clip or tie cord(s).

3. Boot must be able to be removed from the foot without removal of the sheath.

4. Must be comfortable while being worn.

5. Retention of the knife while running is a MUST.

Anyone seen anything like this? Speed is not a concern on this and concealment is the main thing.

I made a strap to attach my Cold Steel Safekeeper over my Danner Arcadias. I took a one inch wide piece of webbing and with the same size velcro with one H type keeper and just cinch it down. It does not move. I was in a pretty long footchase the other night that ended in a fight. I was as secure at the end as when I put it on. It fits very tight and conceals well. I don't like things inside my boots. E-mail me and I will try to take some pic.
