So I get a zap from touching stuff multiple times every day. I'm thinking my boots are keeping me insulated and unless I have a way to ground, I think I'll continue getting zapped.

I don't wear jewelry... I'm getting zaps from the simplest things like touching the sliding glass door.

The latest zap came from pulling the chain on the ceiling fan.

These are what I currently wear.

No guarantee, but I think you could wrap a light chain around your leg (don't know if it needs to be around your leg or boot) and let it dangle enough to touch the ground. The right chain would even look cool.

You can get cheap esd heel straps and wear them on boots or sneakers or whatever. I have to wear them everyday for work, and an ESD coat, and a wrist strap :(

If you don't find what you're looking for and want some just email me and I'll send you a couple brand new pairs of them

I did the key trick earlier today. I actually saw the spark fly. This shocking stuff happens at my new house. It doesn't happen at my mom's place. I think it might have to do with the carpet and my thick rubber sole boots.
