I got bored at work yesterday,so I made up this little fellow.The blade is Platinum,hollow ground.The guard is 22K gold,file worked.The handle is Gabon ebony,fluted,with twisted platinum wire.Oh yeah,there is a diamond in the pommel.It took me a whole lot longer to figure out how to post this picture than it took to make it!

I agree with IG, you got too much time on your hands, or else I need a job like yours!
 
Cute little thing. Had the pleasure of meeting the maker yesterday and seeing some of the other full size knives Stacy makes. Quite a diverse maker. Anything from a huge sword down to that mini and everything in between. We need to get him to show us some pictures of his knives. Awsome D-guard Bowie and the nicest snakewood work I've ever seen. Damn nice guy also. stacy let's definately try and get folks together after the holiday season. Really enjoyed the visit and tell your wife that we are sorry she couldn't make it. Appreciate the goodies.
 
I also enjoyed meeting Mark and his better half.The women who put up with knife makers are all gems.Mark is a fine fellow.Looking forward to working with him on some projects.

No bragging here (well, maybe a little), but I'm so much better at repairs than my predecessor that I wind up fixing things too good. My repairs last so long I wind up with a lot of "Foxtrot Oscar" time. Its all good.

HEY! Almost forgot... that little dagger is sweet as pie! I love it. :eek:
 
Cindy, when you get that knife do a test - see if you can get it through an airport !!

It's usually one adventure to another. If I do get bored and nothing for ME to do it's wash the trucks, cut the grass, clean the shop. I really like that little knife ALOT.
