In case there may be a few folks interested that are not inclined to hang around the folksy kumbaya bunch in the Traditional forum there is an awesome thread of Bose Knives that some might enjoy. Next to Tony and Reese's new site I don't think it would be easy to find so many pictures of those fine knives.

When it comes to my collection, I am a little wacked. A few bowies, a few daggers, a few tactical type and a whole bunch of slip-joints. Some of each type are fancied up a little by the maker or an engraver.

If it has an edge and a design material combination that I like made by someone I trust, it is all good from a 2" damascus F4 to a 14+" 3 bar damascus S-guard by Ed Cafferey.

Thanks for the link Gus. Makes me WANT a Bose after looking at just 50 pages of some of the finest examples!

If you think the knives look great, they cut better than they look and the blade action is perfection.

I always keep up with the Bose thread. I love seeing those traditional patterns so expertly executed by Tony and Reese. Kerry's images from all angles on new folders shown is always a real treat. The Bose table will be a happenin' place at Blade Show, that's a given!

I did get that impression from reading many of the comments in that thread. I have not handled one to date but hope to change that soon.:D

Thanks,
Peter
