BOSS for BOB

Just ordered a BOSS for an urban BOB kit that I am slowly putting together.

This seems like a great blade for such a task. Even if you may never need to use it, it seems to me that if you do you'll want a blade with predictable and reliable toughness. To me, BOBs and survival kits aren't the place to skimp on quality, although the fact that you hope to never use it makes it tempting to stock the kit with less expensive and lower quality gear.

I think its a perfect choice for a BOB. Id want to take a small axe or a chopper too if possible.

Good choice, it's a great little knife. You're short changing yourself if you always keep it in your BOB though, that knife deserves to be used daily to really appreciate it. Buy two.
