Just got My CABJLE in , but not had a chance to go camping yet. Has anyone tried the LE's out yet?

I used mine the day I got it and love it. I split some firewood, did some wood chopping, and made dinner with it. It excelled at both. I only needed to strop it a few minutes to get to shaving after all this. I found the length of the blade perfect for choking up on the top to chop up food. The choiless boss jack le has bumped my cabs back into the safe.

l2lku2 - I love your comparsion pics - they are beautiful and very useful

Guys - look at the above pic and see how the grinds on the choiless bj may differ. The grind on the bottom one is noticeably lower than the grind on the tan handled one. I wonder which are more common - lower ground or higher ground? Which ones will become ultimate collector pieces? :D

What I notice is how short the ricasso is on the top two knives, while it is longer (broader?) on the bottom three. I wonder why the plunge line on the CABLLE isn't closer to the scales?

From the pics above I want to see the the BBDC CG:thumbup:

What is the finish on the top one? Is that the Jungle Shadow Camo? I was thinking about getting one with that finish and haven't been able to find a good pic...
