There were some choilless protos, too. I wish the last run of BG BJ had been choilless, I'd have been all over one.
 
It seems like the next logical step from my Jackmandu.

Yeah... Sold it long ago. Too thick behind the edge. If I had it reground, it wouldn't be a Brend.
 
Choilless BJ LE, and the only one in DCBB too AFAIK

Guy, .... droooool! :eek:

Does anybody have both an LE and standard/proto that they could post spine shots of? I'd love to see the difference in thickness.
 
Don´t forget the newer BJ´s that are flat ground.. they should also be thinner behind the edge, but they do have a small choil though
