I recently sent off my favorite Busse to Alex Valenzuela (Avalenz at BF) for some "upgrades" and just thought I'd give you guys a look at the modification he made to my Boss Jack.....
I'm sure most of you have seen the Military Overrun HG-55 that Alex modified to resemble an Urban Grudge (see link below).

What I had in mind for my Boss Jack was considerably less dramatic than the HG-55 MO, but the result was quite impressive......:thumbup:
Here's what the Boss Jack looked like before I sent it to Alex.....
Not bad, but I'm not a big fan of powder coats on my INFI......:barf:
So, I requested that the factory muddy brown coating to be removed and refinished with a non-reflective bead blasted finish. Originally I thought it would be nice to have the handles bead blasted as well, but changed my mind about this as I didn't want to risk messing up the fit to the Mashed Cat sheath that Eric fitted for this Boss Jack.....
Here's what the finished product looks like after Alex stripped, bead blasted and sharpened the Boss Jack.......
The Busse logo wasn't salvageable as it was integral to the coating, so it was lost forever when the coating was stripped......
Just kidding, I'm a BIG fan of the "sterile" look so it was no problem at all......
I'm very excited with how nicely this turned out and can't thank Alex enough for taking the time to make this happen. Thanks Again Alex, AWESOME WORK!!!
