Well they still shave hair after the battoning and whittling I did with them today. :)

The polished edges seem to really hold up well to use. ;)

What do you sharpen them with? Edge-pro???
 
NICE PICS, those knives look happy. My boss st doesnt look as happy as your but its certainly ready for action, just gotta get some extra time.
