Bought a couple of 112 Rangers

Hi All

Was at the gun shop the other day rummaging through the knife box when I found these 2 Bucks

After a half hour with flitz and Remoil

The one with the engraving is a ..112.. engrving says Morgan and has a man on the blade in what appears to be a doorman uniform

The other is a 112c

Can anyone tell me about them please

I paid 10 bucks a piece for them

The ..112.. was made between 1981-1986. The Morgan writing will have to wait for another member.
The other 112C was made in 1995.

Great find on both knives. They are great starters. Now you can find a couple of 110's to go with those 112's.
Or even find some 422's.

Your 4 dot has 425M blade steel and the C has 420HC steel. Buck would put a company name on the blade for those that purchased enough and then the company used it as a promo. That company I don't know about. The 4 dot time frame is when Buck began to radius the handle frame and it has solid macassar ebony wooden slabs. A good find. DM
