Bought my Fehrman Today!

It took alot of convincing the wife that this would be the knife that would get us through the Mayan prophecies, End of Days, etc. etc. But she finally let me purchase the Final Judgement from Ferhman Knives. I talked to Eric and he said it should be at my door within 2.5 to 3 weeks. It's pretty hard to wait. I did some long research and for a Zombie Killer it seems to be right on the mark with the 9.5 inches of 3V steel. It was a close call with the Busse knives, but for some reason the Fehrman just did it for me. I talked to Eric twice and he seemed real likeable and all, so I felt good about giving him my business.
Now my collection consists of : Strider SMF, Strider BT SS, Tops Steel Eagle 107D, Zero Tolerance 0300, Tops Apache Falcon, Cold Steel Recon Tanto, Microtech Scarab, Extrema Ratio MF3, soon a Fehrman Final Judgement, and Someday maybe a Busse Battle Mistress.

Any body have any experience with the Fehrman line?
 
Yes, and wives as well. Between the Fehrman and the wife, only the silent one was kept.
 
I've been a fan of Fehrman knives from day one, I still have my original First Strike (the one with the hole in the guard) and it is one of my favorites.

I dont figure I'll ever get rid of this one, in spite of immense pressure from a friend of mine to let it go to him who appreciates it more than I. :p

You will not be disappointed. :D
 
I'm currently in the desert, flying over Iraq and Afghanistan. Sitting two feet from me in my flight bag is my Ferman Last Chance. Great knife, a little smaller then yours, but fits better in a backpack. :)
 
Hey corwise, that same friend I was mentioning has an original Last Chance! I am actually counter offering to get my greedy hands on it. :)

The Last Chance is a fantastic knife! Well chosen. :D
 
I love Fehrman Knives! My main wood combo is a 10" satin hoodhunter and a Peacemaker. The Peacemaker is a great over all knife. It excels at camp chores, and has a nice belly for skinning.

I recently got Luke Swenson to make me a set of custom sheaths for the set. Absolutely beautiful!

I still long for a Final Judgement, as well as a few others. Great knife, great company.

I love my final judgement, its a first generation. I have had the first strike and last chance as well. Wished I would had kept the 7.5 inch one. I have my fehrman thru hiker attached to my final judgement now as a companion knife. Eric is a good guy that makes a great knife.
 
I really like my Final Judgment. I may pick up an Extreme Judgment someday. You can't go wrong with any of Eric's knives.
 
It already shipped!! I got notice from UPS that it's on it's way. He said 2.5 weeks, but it was actually just about one week. WAY COOL!!
