I just bought a Scrapyard Regulator here on the exchange. I have a SJTAC and I had a Battle Mistress of some sort and I'm waiting on a Basic 11 and that sexy Persian fighter. So this is my first Bussekin knife. I'm super excited about it!
I needed a blade to strap to my hiking partners (non-knife people) and I don't think I trust them with a Matt Lamey or a Jason Knight...Also many people don't wield a machete well. So this one sure fits the bill. Great price! Decent Sheath. Good usable size. Bullet proof design. A good beating blade for sure!
It looks to be a bit hefty so I might send it to Stewart Branson to sharpen a clip on it. Maybe a regrind to make it more of a slicer...:thumbup:
