Bought my first leatherman.

After 3 months of reasearch i finaly bought myself a leatherman surge. Now this was hard to do because i had the lm wave already picked out. The wave had everything i wanted, the outside opening knives, all locked. the tools were all good. it was alittle light for me. i like to know theres alittle heft in a tool i use. So im cruisen the forums and i notice in a topic theres a lm surge, they said its bigger and heavyer. So i check it out, its everything the wave is, but bigger, and heavyer like i wanted and it was only 10 bucks more. So i go to sears and purchase it. got my moms sears discount, she works there so it came to 77.39 with tax. 2 dollars cheaper than the tag price. well got to go. thanks fer reading.
 
I have had and still have many Leatherman Models but The Surge has become my Favorite and is now my EDC. I am in the Army and my current job keeps the Surge in action daily, this is going to be the most used of any of my Multi Tools.
 
I love the Surge and the Core! I carry the Surge in my jeans pocket, since I don't where a belt with jeans, and just use the clip from my Charge Ti.:thumbup: I'm surprised that no one has mentioned the clip option, not even any of the advertisements I've read. I know the tool is heavy duty, but that's exactly what I've been looking for.
