I bought a red clipper model and a black triflex.

How do your moras hold up? Have any failed? I'm going to be doing bushcraft related task, not batoning, but chopping scraping, and normal cutting. How's the steel for keeping it's edge?

Oh, and if you could post your mora pics, that'd be cool.

I have bought and given away a bunch of these...I also use one in my kitchen. Seem to hold an edge well and sharpen easily...these are Frosts from Sweden...

Moras and scandi grinded knives aren't for chopping. Get a ninja sword instead.

Swords suck at chopping too. They're intended for soft targets. ;)

Congrats on the new moras!

I just ordered two Mora's a couple of days ago from Ben's Backwoods. One looks just like the one in Absintheur's pic. I'll post pics once mine arrive.

Never tried chopping anything with a Mora, but they do hold a good edge & are easy to maintain:

They're real handy to have around.

Lol. There's another vid he has where he shaves wood(or whatever).

It good to know that the knife is durable.

Oh yeah, man this came SHARP. I like the sheaths, just a little wierd to situate the knives back into them.
