Hi, I'm (sort of) new around here.
I bought my first Sypderco knives recently and am pleased with their quality. I picked up a C83BMP Persian and a C80GSBL Dodo. I purchased them at discount from Sierra Trading Post. The Persian in particular was a good deal, I think, at $62.
My first impressions are that the quality of both knives is high; they are much nicer than my equivalent knives of other makers'.
Operation is very smooth. The Persian, for example, opens and closes with much less effort than my CS Clipmate. In fact, I have already wounded myself...
I need some remedial training...
The dodo in particular is really cool, and will work well in my work environment.
