I had a pretty good couple of weeks, with new work opportunities, so I decided to reward myself with a new knife. I knew I wanted a BM Bedlam (I just love upswept blades), but was also tempted by the BM Adamas. Like any knife lover worth his salt I knew in my heart that the right answer to my dilema was buying both, so I did (being single with no kids has some advantages!).
I'm really happy with both knives. The Adamas is surprisingly smooth, the smoothest AXIS lock knife I've got. Neither of them is what I would consider a very practical EDC folder, but I've accumulated quite a lot of purely practical knives so lately I've been focusing on knives that are a bit different, even if they don't get that much use.
Here are some quick pictures.
