Some are used, some abused. I will try and restore some and leave the others after a good cleaning.

I will update as I go along. Best regards Chris

Great score. You got some of the really good, old Moras made with great carbon steel. I've a few with the old laminated carbon and they take and hold a razor edge.

Thank you all, good encouragement here, last night I started with the one with the beat up spine, someone vad used it for splitting/batoning, I started to drawfile away the rollen over spine, I left the rest of the spine as is, kind of like it.

Did some cleankng passes on the bevel and side of the blade to clean to about 80 procent.

Next two steps are removing the handle, and the lackeur on it, straighting out the fingerguard and after that, put a new edge on it.

My thoughts today are with the Brussels airport victims. Chris

Henry, The knife you are refering to lacks all and any marking, so at this moment it is hard to say, but it is a Martiini stylar knife for sure. Chris

First rebirth done. I am quite pleased with the result. Did take a very nice edge for a knife of its age.

Best regards Christian
