hello together,

here is a new one of my series ´BIG TOYS FOR BIG BOYS´,
I built it for one of my customers (one of those big boys...) :D


some specs:
W1 forged
wrought iron
fossil seacow-rib
total 41cm
blade 27cm
thickness 6,5-2,2mm

Can´t find it in any dictionary.

I`m glad you like my knife- in spite of the somehow ´unusual´ grip- material.

old wrought-iron is named here in germany:´puddeleisen´
the name comes from the man (the puddler), who had to stir the smelt with an iron-rod for reducing the cast-iron with too much C into wrought- iron with max. 1,7%C

That's a very impressive knife! You can see just looking at it that it took a lot of work. You must have amazing patience.

Very nice I have yet to see a knife by Wieland that I did not just love but the guard on this one has got me in awe
