Hi, a few months ago a contest was organized here in Argentina of Bowies. The condition for participation was that it should be in mono-steel.
The steel used was 5160, the blade is 9 ', the handle is ebony and the defense is like the stainless chassis.

VERY nice work as usual Claudio! I like the filework on the spacer and liners and the profile of the blade looks great as well.

Every aspect very well done in my opinion.
The sheath is an outstanding mate to the bowie, especially like how you carried over the shell theme to the sheath.

Fantastic looking knife and very nice detail. I love everything about this knife. Nice little touch with the clamshell stud on the sheath.

Is that seriously a 9 foot blade? I think that would have to be a record :D

Lovely file work on the handle, I love the way it looks, especially with that hilt. Gorgeous work, as usual.
